Dominik Chudy

Developer & Dataviz Blogger

I’m a data visualization developer, quality guardian (QA) and blog writer at BlackLabel. Once upon a time I ran my own blog about running, and now I’ve transitioned to helping to run a blog! I’m passionate about taking complex technical dataviz concepts and breaking them down in an easy-to-understand way.

I studied Computer Science at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and I gained hands-on coding experience working on a lot of different client projects, from QAing on an IoT proptech project, to developing custom widgets for Power BI. I’m not afraid to take on new challenges outside of my comfort zone.

I’m also the kind of guy that’s interested in daily life back in the “good old days” i.e. during medieval times. And believe it or not, I also love getting medieval about dataviz history! History aside, I also enjoy writing about the technical, practical and slightly geekier side of dataviz. Whenever I have some free time I enjoy running and following Jakob Ingebrigtsen’s career.
