Structure

Like many small organizations, we have a somewhat atypical organizational structure. We’d like to say that we have a Team of Teams approach, yet as we grow our structure is ever changing. 

In this section we’ll unpack some of the different roles and functions in our organization and put some of our teams under a microscope to better understand how they work at a team level and contribute to the ever-evolving structure of our entire organization.
