A Norwegian charting Startup needed help developing their interactive javascript charting library and rolling out their customer support offering.

The Highcharts founder reached out to us at the very beginning of their journey to help them handle customer support issues and assist their small team in developing the charting library. We began with one support engineer and grew to 10 full-time developers within the first decade of our cooperation. We’ve helped launch dozens of products and updates, and supported thousands of Highcharts users across the globe.

After almost 17 years of cooperation we now have over 20 developers spread over multiple product teams that include Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Support Engineers and dedicated Highcharts Developers. Our cooperation continues to evolve with new products like Stock, Dashboards and joint initiatives like the recent Figma Plugin and Custom Projects.

Wi-tronix was beginning to expand their rail monitoring and diagnostic tools across the US rail network. They discovered they had an urgent need to improve the performance of their platform specifically when it came to the performance of their front-end charts, maps and real-time video data connections. The technical challenges expanded to include front-end and back-end consultations for their real-time IoT monitoring solution.

The initial dataviz improvements to the charting and mapping functionality of the platform gradually led to more complicated requests. As they began to improve the UX of the platform and their IoT devices became more sophisticated, the datasets grew larger and larger and we ended up having to rebuild the entire front-end layer of the system with a more modern solution. We also did some additional front-end fixes to help boost the overall performance, and more recently we have been helping them continue to improve the overall UX and dataviz design of the platform.

Over the course of a decade, our collaboration has expanded to a dedicated full-time team that works in lockstep with our American counterparts. We work in an ever evolving agile setup that helps us to plan new features and mission-critical updates as well as adapt fluidly and quickly to new technical challenges. We are dedicated to helping Wi-Tronix continue to drive innovation in rail IoT monitoring and diagnosis.

Invite needed to improve upon the security and extend the functionality of their MVP. They came to us to help them build a flexible IoT platform that could integrate multiple smart devices, ensure real-time performance for critical actions like unlocking doors, and provide both administrators and guests with a simple, intuitive experience.

Our cooperation started with just a single front-end developer on a discounted trial. Nearly three years and several growth spurts later, it evolved into a full-stack, scrum-driven team working on a daily basis as a core part of Invite’s R&D team. Together, we shaped a platform that connects with multiple IoT providers, giving hotels and rental properties the power to manage every lock, device, and booking from one unified system.

They gained a solid foundation for future system development, complete with ready-made solutions to connect more and more providers. Our work has stood the test of time and they continue to scale their business on the solutions we helped develop.

Farmable came to us after already launching their main mobile app and wanted us to help them diversify their ecosystem by building a dedicated web portal that would boost their users’ reporting capabilities.

The dedicated web portal helped Farmable streamline data presentation, improve reporting, and enhance overall code quality. We also cooperated with a third-party vendor to implement better synchronization between the frontend, backend and mobile app to keep consistency over all products and the Farmable codebase. During the development we refactored the legacy code with a better technology that allowed them to scale the product ecosystem.

The web portal helped Farmers gain easier access to their field data and reporting functionality enabling smarter decisions and a lot of time saved. The improved scalable architecture allowed Farmable to roll out new features faster and prepare for expansion to other European markets such as Spain and Portugal.

An Australian Fintech company wanted to create a trading platform based on Trading View but with bespoke functionality and incorporating elements of crypto trading.

We worked collaboratively to brainstorm the best solutions and features on the market and built a comprehensive front-end trading platform. We also contributed to improving the back-end performance to help them deliver a world-class product.

We delivered many more powerful features than in the initial scope and our cooperation with Datahaus grew closer and closer. MyTrades has only recently launched in Beta and they are onboarding their first users. We will continue to deliver features as the platform evolves and we are already scoping a second Fintech project for Datahaus.

55 Degrees’ home-grown charting library was limiting their performance, flexibility, and ability to scale. They urgently required a fast, reliable migration to Highcharts that wouldn’t compromise on quality, and ensure their Atlassian Apps could deliver clear, intuitive data insights to teams and organizations across the globe.

Thanks to our deep expertise, we delivered the initial Highcharts migration quickly without sacrificing precision or quality. Our partnership continued to grow and we have continued to develop and deliver robust, intuitive charting solutions that seamlessly integrate into their agile app ecosystem.

With Highcharts integrated seamlessly into their products, 55 Degrees can now offer teams reliable, visually powerful tools for forecasting, planning, and decision-making. The collaboration has grown into an ongoing engagement, ensuring their charting evolves alongside their products and customers’ needs.

Proresult came to us with a small charting request and after we gained their trust we expanded our cooperation to help them modernize their mature building-site platform. The biggest challenge was to update and improve each feature successively while keeping all mission-critical functionality in tact.

Together, we helped them develop a powerful platform built on functional-first modules that can be described as a digital toolbox. The solution enables fast and efficient project registration, real-time oversight and management from calculation to handover.

Our journey with Proresult started small but has steadily grown and matured as has their Proptech platform. The digital toolbox of powerful features is finding a wider and wider audience and we continue to build on our decade of cooperation – built around flexibility and agility – helping them solve more market-verified use cases for the building site industry.

Everviz was developing a tool for creating interactive data visualizations based on Highcharts. The project started to grow dynamically and they looked for a partner who could bring consistency and scalability while keeping up the development pace and maintaining the platform’s simplicity.

Black Label joined the Everviz team, introducing modern development practices and a clearer project structure. Together with the client, we streamlined communication, reorganized the application’s architecture, implemented TypeScript, and established consistent visual and process standards. Thanks to our flexible approach, we were able to adapt the collaboration model to Everviz’s preferences, supporting their goals in an efficient and transparent way. Over time, our team gradually took on more technical responsibility, building trust and creating space for further innovation.

The product became more stable, faster, and more intuitive for end users. The new architecture simplified development and onboarding, while the improved chart editor opened the door to new use cases – including broadcasting and video presentations. The result was not only higher product quality but also a rapid increase in customer growth and greater user trust in the brand. Moreover, our collaboration allowed Everviz to focus on business expansion with the confidence that their technological foundation was solid.
