Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, you can easily adjust your schedule to suit your lifestyle. If you’re a student, your working hours can shift around your study schedule without a problem. If you become a parent (congrats! ) we’ll see you after you’ve caught up on your sleep.
Fitness for All
We’re committed to team-building through fun physical activities. Our current Slack channels include climbing wall meet-ups, weekly yoga sessions, pick-up soccer games and, for you e-sports enthusiasts out there, frequent fifa-tournaments.
Hiring process
Discovery call
A short 20 min chat with our HR Business Partner Beata where she’ll tell you a bit more about Black Label and you can have to get to know each other. Timeframe: Up to 3 working days after you apply.
Meeting us
A few casual conversations with relevant Team Leads followed by a meeting with some of our devs to talk tech and solve problems together. Timeframe: 2h total and ideally within 5 working days of the discovery call. This meeting can be done onsite or remotely but if remote, we’ll plan an additional in person meeting at a later date.
Summary call
A final call with Beata to summarise the process and deliver feedback.
